633.93 LIMITATION ON ACTIONS AFFECTING DEEDS. No action for recovery of any real estate sold by any fiduciary can be maintained by any person claiming under the deceased, the ward, or a beneficiary, unless brought within five years after the date of the recording of the conveyance.
