Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-642 > 642-4 642.4 DEATH OF GARNISHEE. If the garnishee dies after the garnishee has been summoned by garnishment and pending the litigation, the proceedings may be revived by or against the garnishee's heirs or legal representatives.
