Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-646 > 646-5 646.5 SERVICE ON AGENT. When the defendant is a nonresident having an agent of record for the property in the state, service may be made upon such agent in the same manner and with the like effect as though made on the principal.
