Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-649 > 649-4 649.4 DISCLAIMER -- COSTS. If the defendant appears and disclaims all right and title adverse to the plaintiff, the defendant shall recover the defendant's costs. In all other cases the costs shall be in the discretion of the court.
