Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-650 > 650-8 650.8 OATH -- ASSISTANTS. The commissioners so appointed shall subscribe and file with the clerk, within ten days from the date of their appointment, an oath for the faithful and impartial discharge of their duties, and shall have the power to appoint necessary assistants.
