661.13 PEREMPTORY ORDER. When the plaintiff recovers judgment, the court may include therein a peremptory order of mandamus directed to the defendant, commanding the defendant forthwith to perform the duty to be enforced, together with a money judgment for damages and costs, upon which an ordinary execution may issue.
