Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-663 > 663-19 663.19 DEFECTS IN WRIT. The writ must not be disobeyed for any defects of form or misdescription of the plaintiff or defendant, provided enough is stated to show the meaning and intent thereof.
