Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-663 > 663-21 663.21 REFUSAL TO GIVE COPY OF PROCESS. An officer refusing to deliver a copy of any legal process by which the officer detains the plaintiff in custody to any person who demands it and tenders the fees therefor, shall forfeit two hundred dollars to the person who demands it.
