Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-663 > 663-38 663.38 PLAINTIFF HELD. Although the commitment of the plaintiff may have been irregular, if the court or judge is satisfied from the evidence that the plaintiff ought to be held or committed, the order may be made accordingly.
