Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-667 > 667-13 667.13 CONTRACT ALLEGED. In actions commenced in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, it is sufficient to allege the contract to have been made with the boat or raft itself.
