Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-677 > 677-10 677.10 COSTS. If the plaintiff fails to obtain judgment for more than was offered by the defendant, the plaintiff cannot recover costs, but shall pay the defendant's costs from the time of the offer.
