Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-681 > 681-26 681.26 MANDATORY REMOVAL OF ASSIGNEE. Upon a written application of two-thirds of the creditors in number, and two-thirds in amount, the court shall remove the assignee and appoint in the assignee's stead a person approved by the creditors in the same number and amount.
