Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-5 > Chapter-681 > 681-28 681.28 ACCOUNTING AND DELIVERY. The person so removed shall immediately turn over to the clerk of the district court, or any person appointed by the court, all moneys and property of the estate in the person's hands.
