        43.115  NOMINATION PAPERS -- NUMBER OF SIGNERS.
         All candidates for nominations to be made in primary elections
      held pursuant to section 43.112 shall file nomination papers with the
      city clerk no later than five p.m. forty days before the date of the
      election as established by section 43.114, except that candidates for
      precinct committee member shall file affidavits of candidacy as
      required by section 420.130.  The number of eligible electors signing
      petitions required for printing the name of a candidate upon the
      official primary ballot shall be one hundred for an office to be
      filled by the voters of the entire city and twenty-five for an office
      to be filled by the voters of a subdivision of the city.
         A candidate for precinct committee member may also file as a
      candidate for one additional office, any statute to the contrary
      notwithstanding.
         Objections to nomination petitions and certificates of nominations
      shall be filed and decided as provided in section 43.24.
