43.60 ABSTRACTS TO STATE COMMISSIONER.
The county board of supervisors shall also make a separate
abstract of the canvass as to the following offices and certify to
the same and forthwith forward it to the state commissioner, viz.:
1. United States senator.
2. All state offices.
3. United States representative.
4. Senators and representatives in the general assembly. Section History: Early Form
