43.80 VACANCIES IN NOMINATIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL
ELECTORS.
Vacancies in nominations of presidential electors shall be filled
by the party central committee for the state. The party central
committee may at any time nominate alternate presidential electors to
serve if the nominated or elected presidential electors are for any
reason unable to perform their duties. Section History: Early Form
