44.2  NOMINATIONS CERTIFIED.
 Nominations made under section 44.1 shall be certified by the
 chairperson and secretary of the convention or caucus, who shall
 enter their place of residence opposite their signatures, and attach
 to said certificate their affidavit to the effect that the
 certificate is true.
