        46.13  NOTICE OF MEETINGS.
         The chairperson of each judicial nominating commission shall give
      the members of the commission at least five days' written notice by
      mail of the time and place of every meeting, except as to members who
      execute written waivers of notice at or before the meeting or unless
      the commission at its next previous meeting designated the time and
      place of the meeting.
