46.18  ELIGIBILITY OF VOTERS.
 Electors entitled to vote at the general election shall be
 entitled to vote at the judicial election.  All voting procedures
 provided by chapter 53 for absent voting by armed forces in general
 elections shall be applicable to judicial elections.
