46.8  CERTIFIED LIST.
 On July 15 of each year the clerk of the supreme court shall
 certify a list of the names, addresses, and years of admission of
 members of the bar who are eligible to vote for state and district
 judicial nominating commissioners.  The clerk of the supreme court
 shall provide a copy of the list of the members for a county to the
 clerk of the district court for that county.
