 48A.4  QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS.
 Before undertaking any voter registration duties, each voter
 registration officer, deputy, or assistant in whatever capacity, or
 clerk in the office of commissioner shall take an oath in the form
 prescribed by the state commissioner of elections.
