49.127  COMMISSIONER TO EXAMINE EQUIPMENT.
 It shall be the duty of each commissioner to determine that all
 voting equipment is operational and functioning properly and that all
 materials necessary for the conduct of the election are in the
 commissioner's possession and are correct.
