49.70  PRECINCT ELECTION OFFICIALS FURNISHED
 INSTRUCTIONS.
 The commissioner shall cause copies of each set of instructions to
 be printed in large, clear type, under the heading of "Rights of
 Voters" and "Instructions for Voting", as applicable, and shall
 furnish the precinct election officials with a sufficient number of
 each set of instructions as will enable them to comply with section
 49.71.
