50.3  DOUBLE OR DEFECTIVE BALLOTS.
 If two or more marked ballots are so folded together as to appear
 to be cast as one, the precinct election officials shall endorse
 thereon "Rejected as double". Such ballots shall not be counted, but
 shall be folded together and kept as hereinafter directed.  Every
 ballot not counted shall be endorsed "Defective" on the back thereof.
