 67.12  COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES OF COMMISSIONERS.
 These commissioners shall be paid a per diem as specified in
 section 7E.6 and be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses,
 which sum shall be paid out of any unappropriated funds in the state
 treasury.
