68.3  BOARD OF MANAGERS -- ARTICLES.
 When an impeachment is concurred in, the house of representatives
 shall elect from its own body seven members whose duty it shall be to
 prosecute the same, and, as a board of managers, they shall be
 authorized to exhibit and present articles of impeachment in
 accordance with the resolutions of the house previously adopted.
