73.15  TITLE AND DEFINITIONS.
 1.  This division may be cited as the "Iowa Targeted Small
 Business Procurement Act".
 2.  As used in this division, unless the context requires
 otherwise, "small business" and "targeted small business"
 mean as defined in section 15.102.
