 74.8  DESIGNATION OF TAX-EXEMPT PUBLIC WARRANTS.
 Each public issuer of warrants may designate the warrants as
 tax-exempt public warrants if the issuer complies with the tax-exempt
 reporting requirements of the federal Internal Revenue Code.
