76.8  LAWS APPLICABLE.
 All laws relating to the issuance of funding or refunding bonds by
 counties, cities and school corporations, as the case may be, not
 inconsistent with the provisions herein contained and to the extent
 the same may be applicable, shall govern the issuance of the funding
 and refunding bonds for the purpose herein authorized.
