 80B.14  BUDGET SUBMITTED TO DEPARTMENT OF
 MANAGEMENT.
 The Iowa law enforcement academy council shall submit to the
 department of management, annually and in such form as required by
 chapter 8 estimates of its expenditure requirements.  Such estimates
 shall include the costs of administration, maintenance, and
 operation, and the cost of any proposed capital improvements or
 additional programs.
