80.13  TRAINING SCHOOLS.
 The commissioner may hold a training school for peace officer
 candidates or for peace officers of the department, and may send to
 recognized training schools peace officers of the department as the
 commissioner may deem advisable.  The expenses of such school of
 training shall be paid in the same manner as other expenses paid by
 the department.
