86.4  POLITICAL ACTIVITY AND CONTRIBUTIONS.
 It shall be unlawful for the commissioner, or a chief deputy
 workers' compensation commissioner while in office, to espouse the
 election or appointment of any candidate to any political office, and
 any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty
 of a simple misdemeanor.
