87.11C  SELF-INSURANCE EXAMINERS.
 The commissioner of insurance shall appoint one or more
 self-insurance examiners.  An examiner while conducting an
 examination, possesses all the powers conferred upon the commissioner
 for such purposes.  A self-insurance examiner is subject to the same
 powers and conditions as imposed under sections 507.4 through 507.7.
