87.20  REVOCATION OF RELEASE FROM INSURANCE.
 The insurance commissioner may, at any time, upon reasonable
 notice to such employer and upon hearing, revoke for cause any order
 theretofore made relieving any employer from carrying insurance as
 provided by this chapter.
