88B.2  JURISDICTION OF OTHER AGENCIES.
 This chapter shall not be construed to prevent the department of
 natural resources from implementing and enforcing the federal
 national emission standard for asbestos under 40 C.F.R. pt. 61,
 subpt. M, and other relevant provisions of environmental law.
