89A.17  PENALTIES.
 1.  Any owner who violates any of the provisions of this chapter
 shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor, unless otherwise
 specifically provided in this chapter.
 2.  Any person who bribes or attempts to bribe an inspector shall
 be subject to criminal proceedings under section 722.1.
