89.9  DISPOSAL OF FEES.
 All fees provided for in this chapter shall be collected by the
 commissioner and remitted to the treasurer of state, to be deposited
 in the boiler and pressure vessel safety fund pursuant to section
 89.8, together with an itemized statement showing the source of
 collection.
