96.32  FRAUD AND OVERPAYMENT PERSONNEL.
 It is the declared intent of the general assembly of the state of
 Iowa that the department shall employ employees as full-time claims
 specialists in the fraud and overpayment section of the job insurance
 bureau of the department to the extent that federal funds are
 available to the department for the employment of such full-time
 personnel.
