 This chapter does not apply to the pari-mutuel system of wagering
 used or intended to be used in connection with the horse-race or
 dog-race meetings as authorized under chapter 99D, lottery or lotto
 games authorized under chapter 99G, or bingo or games of skill or
 chance authorized under chapter 99B.
