100B.8  EMPLOYEES.
 Employees of the fire service institute at Iowa state university
 on July 1, 2000, may elect to transfer to the department of public
 safety in a position and at a pay range commensurate with their
 duties as determined by the department of personnel, the department
 of public safety, and the employees' certified collective bargaining
 representative.
