103A.57  UNLAWFUL PRACTICE -- CRIMINAL PENALTY.
 It is unlawful for a person to engage in business as a
 manufactured or mobile home retailer, manufactured or mobile home
 manufacturer, or manufactured or mobile home distributor in this
 state without first acquiring and maintaining a license in accordance
 with this division.  A person convicted of violating this section is
 guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
