103A.60  APPROVED TIEDOWN SYSTEM -- PROVIDED AT SALE
 -- INSTALLATION.
 A manufactured or mobile home retailer shall provide an approved
 tiedown system.  The purchaser shall install or have installed such
 system within one hundred fifty days of locating the manufactured or
 mobile home on a permanent site.
