103A.63  COMPLIANCE.
 When it appears that a retailer, purchaser, or other person is in
 noncompliance with the provisions of sections 103A.60 through
 103A.62, the commissioner shall prescribe a period of time not to
 exceed one hundred fifty days within which compliance must be
 achieved and the commissioner shall so notify the retailer,
 purchaser, or other person.
