103.9  ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE.
 1.  An applicant for an electrical contractor license shall either
 be or employ a licensed class A or class B master electrician, and be
 registered with the state of Iowa as a contractor pursuant to chapter
 91C.
 2.  A contractor who holds a class B master electrician license
 shall be licensed subject to the restrictions of section 103.10.
