105.23 JURISDICTION OF REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION
PROCEEDINGS.
The board shall have exclusive jurisdiction of all proceedings to
revoke or suspend a license issued pursuant to this chapter. The
board may initiate proceedings under this chapter or chapter 272C,
following procedures set out in section 272C.6, either on its own
motion or on the complaint of any person. The board, in connection
with a proceeding under this chapter, may issue subpoenas to compel
attendance and testimony of witnesses and the disclosure of evidence,
and may request the attorney general to bring an action to enforce
the subpoena.
