123.13  EXEMPTION FROM SUIT.
 No commission member or officer or employee of the division shall
 be personally liable for damages sustained by any person due to the
 act of such member, officer, or employee performed in the reasonable
 discharge of the member's, officer's, or employee's duties as
 enumerated in this chapter.
