123.18  FAVORS FROM LICENSEE OR PERMITTEE.
 A person responsible for the administration or enforcement of this
 chapter shall not accept or solicit donations, gratuities, political
 advertising, gifts, or other favors, directly or indirectly, from any
 liquor control licensee, wine permittee, or beer permittee.
