 124.101A  ADMINISTRATION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES --
 DELEGATION.
 Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prevent a
 physician, dentist, podiatric physician, or veterinarian from
 delegating the administration of controlled substances under this
 chapter to a nurse, intern, or other qualified individual or, as to
 veterinarians, to an orderly or assistant, under the veterinarian's
 direction and supervision; all pursuant to rules adopted by the
 board.
