124.406A  USE OF PERSONS UNDER AGE EIGHTEEN IN THE
 DRUG TRADE.
 It is unlawful for a person who is eighteen years of age or older
 to conspire with or recruit a person under the age of eighteen for
 the purpose of delivering or manufacturing a controlled substance
 classified in schedules I through IV.  A person violating this
 section commits a class "C" felony.
