124.556  EDUCATION AND TREATMENT.
 The program for drug prescribing and dispensing shall include
 education initiatives and outreach to consumers, prescribing
 practitioners, and pharmacists, and shall also include assistance for
 identifying substance abuse treatment programs and providers.  The
 board and advisory council shall adopt rules, as provided under
 section 124.554, to implement this section.
